ISLE OF MØN GIN NAVY STRENGTH

Isle of Møn is the project of Sara and Uffe Skaaning Lind, who founded it in 2016 with the idea of producing a gin using only botanicals from Møn, a wind and sea-beaten island south of Copenhagen that's known for its white chalk cliffs.

All botanicals for our gins are foraged in the wild on the island. They include juniper, elderflower, angelica root, sweet cicely, tansy, sea arrowgrass, wild rose, lemon balm, mugwort, honey from white clover, and white chalk from the cliffs.

The gin has a trademark salty snap and smells like the landscape of its home. This version is Navy Strength, so the ABV is 58% - making it great in cocktails, especially martinis.
